Tracy Victoria Starr is a multidisciplinary artist exploring the boundaries between reality and imagination. Her work draws from surrealism, dreams, and the fantastical. She creates strange, beautiful worlds where the unexpected feels possible.

Starr's process is rooted in intuition and discovery. She combines chaotic, atmospheric, or even stark backgrounds with carefully rendered subjects. The result is often mysterious, sometimes whimsical, and open to interpretation.

Working primarily in painting and drawing, Starr also explores sculpture and mixed media. She studied fine art at Columbia College and Viterbo University, with additional training under James Xavier Barbour Atelier.

Starr has exhibited in dozens of solo and group shows throughout the United States. Many were in San Francisco, where she lived for 14 years. She currently lives and works in Columbus, Ohio and serves on the board of the Clintonville Arts Guild.
